[AFMUG] Presidential Movements - RF only, No Politics

I had 2 AF5 links that have been running fine for a good long while go 
into DFS today.  The president was within 100 miles of our location.  
Does his convoy trigger DFS?  They did not go down at the same time.  
One was out for about 2.5 hours, the other has been out for about 6 
hours now and hasn't come back.
