And the US Navy is known to pull a nuclear powered ship (any more the surface 
ships are carriers) in to a disaster stricken community/port and become the 
power generation for a temporary fix. It’s certainly one very large generator. 
When it’s a carrier they also become a local hospital and meal preparation 
facility. Their helicopters also make for neat little rapid transit rescue 
vehicles. The only problem is they are also usually a tactical war deterrent 
and each one carriers has its own air wing that is larger than most countries 
air forces. A delicate choice of deciding to help while putting that carrier 
out of service for other deployment duties.

Mitsubishi was one that came out with a MSR that you buried. I tried to get one 
when I was Mayor of a tiny town on a grant/proof of concept deal but the 
impenetrable walls of the Dept of Energy stymied me. and wore me down.
