Nothing with a Google news search, but disturbing how many search results I do get.

As they got closer, the large animal raised a human hand. And closer still noticed it was a naked human animal. Dialing 911 while pulling to a halt, they got out and noticed it had long hair. Perhaps a dumped rape victim is what they were thinking. Then they discovered it was a dude. He said he had been in the desert for 3 days. Was taken out there, beaten and left to die. He was very thirsty. Was mumbling something about needing to get to his car. So, maybe it will hit the news. If it does... you heard it here first, folks... (The KML is the general area, it could have been 5 miles either side of this. They just said 5 mile area and this is the 5 mile area).
