The HOA type of fees are really high. I didn’t see a huge benefit to
living there. They do have concerts in the local town square every
evening and about 3000 special interest clubs and organizations. I
think I would get terribly bored living there. Plus the local HOA nazis
would probably be a continual source of aggravation.

Ken I don’t know what is funnier, but the fact you know that reference

around when we get older….. Retirement communities like The Villages in
