Gino, I have done a little digging. The email marketing piece is run by Sierra Pacific Marketing. They manage what HubSpot calls sequences which are emails or contacts with prospects. The sequences themselves are manually set up, I am not sure how they get in that sequence. No idea if they are automatically thrown in by some algorithm based thing that tries to target who we are looking for or what.
In short there are two pieces HubSpot - to handle the automation and CMS type stuff. I think the level we are at runs maybe $6500 a year.
