A certain large state seems to have a male Karen for Lt. Gov.  Or maybe he’s more of a Gomer.  Which makes me think of a certain US Rep whose last name sounds like Gomer.
 
Women would probably say there is no specific name for a male Karen because all males are Karens, dumb and mouthy and entitled.
