So I found this out just the other day - the city that's printed on those tracking is all expected route/time. That does NOT mean this tracking number item was in that city.
Shipping from WI I had something that was supposed to go through Chicago. It said it was in Piqua OH (next town north of me) for 3 days. After I called about it, the last time anyone saw it was in Chicago. Tracking showed nothing about Chicago or Illinois.
