In linux, MTR works well for tracing and pinging every hop along the way and keeping the stats % per hop etc. Ideal for seeing where the loss is taking place.

Does anyone know of something I can run on linux to ping a host/hosts once a second and graph results? Like MRTG but able to see 1 second resolution etc? I know MRTG is old but I still use it a great deal. -- AF mailing list AF@af.afmug.com http://af.afmug.com/mailman/listinfo/af_af.afmug.com
