I know this is probably impossible, but the previous owner of my current house fenced in right to the sidewalk, and now the CenturyLink green PED is sitting in a "garden" area.
Is there any way shy of the second coming, that CenturyLink would be convinced to come out and move the PED seven feet to the West on another property where most/all of the other utilities are now in the ROW?
