I thought the reporting issue was uplink frame utilization, not signal level.

Ah hah! I added the user to our SNMP monitoring system and didn't see anything 
like what cnmaestro was reporting. So I'll totally believe you Sean. Thanks.

just a reporting issue not an actual issue and the graphs look exactly like

16.2 is very stable and gets rid of the funky graphs.

I have a customer that has been complaining of 1-2 second regular hiccups in 
his service. We moved his antenna thinking it might be bouncing the signal off 
the propanel roof, but cnmaestro still is indicating a flapping upload signal. 
Can anyone tell me what I should be looking for?
