Stuffed bacon wrapped mushrooms and grilled pork loin.
I dont like barbeque sauce on meat but recently discovered if you do 2
parts vinegar and 1 part sweet baby Ray's you get a thin film of heaven.
This is my leftovers cause there was no way I was gonna stop eating those
mushrooms long enough to take a pic

Fine diced onion, garlic and chive greens, shredded mozzarella and
provolone in cream cheese. Grill on foil til its rendered the grease, dump
the grease on the charcoal til the flame burns off and then set in a foil
pan in the grill with the lid on while the pork cooks. It's like the first
time she reached in and touched it with every bite.
