CNN showed a graph this morning where they separated New York and the rest
of the US. New York has so many cases it heavily influences the US graphs.
They still had 232 deaths yesterday, but their graphs are over the peak and
making the US graphs look like they have peaked or are on a plateau. When
you take out New York, the US graphs don't look so good. Deaths lag the
other statistics because people on ventilators can take 2-4 weeks to die, so
the NY deaths should gradually start coming down also. So take New York out
of the overall stats before drawing any conclusions.
