You cant even imagine inept when you live in a state that's actually managing it. Here in illinois it's a disaster, our governors an utter moron, he knows there's a whole state here, I think, but his only concern is Chicago. If it werent for their new mayor, New York would look like a pony ride. She is pretty bad ass. This moron governor knew our intake prison was infected and waited until they had transferred infected inmates across the state before ordering them to stop. People can say what they want about New York, but cuomo is handling that shit. NYC and all it encompasses is a small nation of nations inside a nation. It was going to be a shitshow regardless. If their mayor wasn't inept it would have been handled. Cuomo should have stepped in there using whatever authority he needed. I dont buy the "second round" this fall, but if it hits, I hope our government leans on cuomo for guidance.
