I have multiple sectors apparently having SAS heartbeat timeouts and getting their grants terminated. Which is bad, bad, bad, because customers go down when that happens.
Separate but unrelated, I am having problems with v14 of the import spreadsheet template they just released, two error messages, can't import to add SMs or sectors.
