sounds like a ticket printer is one of the most simple solutions to this problem, maybe make them recycle the paper? You can't get a new ticket until you give back an old one....?
Would be curious if anyone knows of a solution that a trucker could receive this info, I'm guessing everything besides texting it to them will be too complicated to be effective...
