It is high. Obviously we compete with them but looking at it from Google's side I think they sell their deep integration as their main selling point. If you already have G Suite, a Google voice number, run your business off your cell phone, etc, etc,. I think for some it makes sense even if it is high. Not sure how many fit those use cases. At any rate, that is why the pricing sits where it does.
