No harnesses.

New York Lunch atop a Skyscraper Photograph Taken in 1932 by Charles C. Ebbets Print Poster (20 x 16)

Out of 3500 workers on the Empire State Building somewhere between 5-14 of them died.  The reports aren't even consistent for some reason.  The "official" number was 5, but one of the newspapers printed 14.  Maybe they didn't "officially" count the Irish.

The Freedom Tower also had about 3500 workers, and 2 deaths.

It makes you wonder whether a hundred years of safety rules really matter all that much.

I wear a harness every time I climb but I've never had an issue where using one saved me or my guys. So when I see someone working without a harness, while I feel scared for them, I know the reality is that 99.5%
of these people will be just fine.
