I've used Turo with great success a number of times. To me it is much more convenient, as where I have used them they show up at the airport curbside, you take some pics, get the keys and off you go. I always buy the supplemental insurance just to be safe but it is pretty cheap. I've had great cars, a Porche Cayenne, BMW X5, and a Ram 1500, all with no problems whatsoever, and at cheaper prices than a mid-sized rental car. Beats standing in line at the rental counter or having to ride some bus to a rental car lot and then standing in line. Same goes for drop off. MEet them at the airport drop off lane, take a few more pics and you are on your way.
