Haven’t used VISP so I’m unfamiliar. But I would highly recommend sonar.
We Started on platypus, migrated to powercode. We were on powercode for a little over a year and although it was an upgrade from platypus it still didn’t meet our needs. at the time they didn’t have RADIUS implemented which platypus did so we were basically running both side by side which was a PITA. Migrated to sonar a couple years ago and haven’t looked back. They are a very forward thinking company and are quick to fix issues and add new features. Sonar also integrates with a ton of external tools like text messaging etc. I would highly recommend sonar.
