I’m from Canada… so I have no interest, but if I was a US citizen, I would
certainly be researching what you get, and what you can do and how much I could
get it fo. It would be very easy to get a backer (Bank) for an existing plant
like that. I would definitely look at it for backbone to branch out into areas
for FFTX and expand footprint. As long as I have a Municipal access
agreements, here in Canada, I can go anywhere with proper engineered plans. I
do know, however, each municipality is different.

Cheers,

If I was looking into that, the thing I would focus on is the rights. I don't
know what it's like in Arizona, but at least in NY State the difficult and
expensive part is getting the rights to put that cable there. You can pull
144F cable through 56 miles of duct in a matter of weeks if you want more
fibers. It might take months or even years to secure the man-hole access,
crossings, permits, etc.

Rights to access 92 of the LEC's manholes is one thing, 92 wholly owned and
properly permitted manholes is worth more, and the fiber itself is like change
lost in the couch by comparison to either.

Yeah, not a lot of fiber, but for the right price it could be a good foundation.
