100% volunteer effort once it became a thing. Presidents and First
Ladies have even worked the phones some years.
My youngest kids are just getting to the age where it isn't a big
thing... but Christmas Eve we generally would keep the NORAD Santa
Tracker website up.
PCI Broadband, a WISP in Colorado Springs I know has some involvement in
the tech side of the volunteer effort.

Which part are you surprised about? The fact that NORAD is still
