[AFMUG] Ethernet qualification

I'm aware that some electricians will take their fancy $10,000 Fluke 
tester and do port qualification.  What do people typically charge for 
something like that?  Is it hourly or per port?

I'm trying to justify the cost of an ethernet analyzer, and I thought 
maybe one way would be to charge for using it.
