PG probably. No foul language, a minor amount of violence. No sex or nudity. Just a story about a guy who had issues with his father. Based on a true story. He was a writer assigned to do a piece on Mr. Rogers. Younger kids will not get it at all. They would be totally bored I think. Teens may appreciate it, especially if they are having issues with their parents.
