The /24 would probably work as long as you can get your upstream to agree not 
to filter it - or you might just stomp on somebody else if the carrier 
reassigned it to someone else.   Probably not a good long term plan for 
customer use in any case since the original carrier may reclaim them at some 
unpredictable point in the future.

You’re likely going to have a hard time with the /27’s since a lot of providers 
still filter at /24 boundaries and global visibility will probably be poor.
