There's more for sure, but those are the top three off the top of my head people that people will go to first and assume you are down if they can't get there for any reason.

Instagram is a Facebook property so it's IPv6 enabled. Anything Google related too, not just YouTube. CDNs like Akamai support IPv6.

If you host anything, do everyone who uses LTE mobile devices a favor and deploy IPv6.
