If they were say "10Gbps at 10 KM and 99.999% availability!", then yeah... of course plenty of companies do that kind of thing, afterall, you can do any two of those things with these radios/dishes. I don't see any reason you couldn't do 10Gbps at 10km with these radios... granted aligning them would probably be a nightmare, and most of us probably don't have much use for a link with less than 99% availability, but I imagine somebody does.
