We've paid anything from $5.50/foot for plowing up to $45/foot for a
difficult bore.
That's contractors, not in-house.
It's so situational that it's dangerous to assume a particular number.
You need someone experienced in that work in that locality to drive the
route and give you an estimate.
I'd be wary of simple answers.

I had three contractors bid last month and 13 was the highest. It was
also next spring at the earliest.

Concrete/Rock I quote at $50/foot and currently, at the
moment, I am losing money on a 2000’ stretch at that rate.
30 feet burned through $2000 of carbide teeth on a Vermeer
rock wheel a week or so ago.
