system are you using? We have zero
issues with Grandstream when everything is behind the firewall. There can be
issues with some routers/firewalls
(like SonicWall) but never when they are both on the LAN.

All of our Aastra phones work with our Asterisk system. I didn’t realize
after we solved our problems that we have a couple of Grandstream phones that
have a one way audio problem. They can call out but they cannot send any audio.
