Here, they call it "our" modem, even though we never provided a modem or
even a router.  It becomes LinkSkies if/when we can finally convince them
to go read the brand name off the device.  Then we ask them to reboot the
LinkSkies, and they unplug power for our POE injector, or maybe an entire
power strip.  I've also had one guy flip the main breaker for his house to
reboot the router, but I haven't had anyone attempt to pull their meter yet.
