I think that Locast should re cast themselves as a digital backbone delivery system to translators. They do have the legal right to re-transmit the signal. Then develop a part 15 “translator” that looks like a Roku stick. You might even have to go so far as to transmit the signal on a TV channel and then receive it to be a translator. But that could all be put in the roku stick.
