We're often in "no cell zones". The photos & movies I take don't get uploaded until I get to an actual cell zone, or maybe a WiFi zone, depending.

I think facebook live is automatic, just make an account set to private.
Youtube video i think is as well. But youll chew through battery on both and need a dedicated device. The streamers have devices, i dont know what. If there are any protests goinng on in your area, go there there will be a ton of livestreamers there. Just agree with whatever theyre saying and theyll give you a ton of info
