Your looking for Lithium Ion Polymer of LIFEPO4 Prismatic cells, 16s or 16 in series gives you about 48v at 100ah. or 1600ah @ 4.2v (cell voltage if 16parallel). Then you just need a bms ($50-100) for cell voltage balancing, and if you don't have a LVD most of the higher price bms ($100ish) include the LVD, I don't use the 18600 type cells but those are a good option also and you can get little jigs that will take 16 of them on one pcb and you can stick them with integrated bms, and parallel function.
