Especially for a bank, I would want hot standby hardware/blades and
everything on a VM with raid bazillion etc with off site storage mirrored
etc.
I am imagining a room with a bunch of old desktop towers on a shelf,
nothing matching and a horrible ratsnest of cables.

vmware for production hosts though.

Are they all windows or linux? There is a very obvious
