Regardless, we tell them that if they are ever the subject of a DDoS attack
again then we will immediately terminate their service for violation of our
terms.  We have to protect the integrity of our network for all users.  If
they push back then we push harder and say “well something you did (or your
kids did) pissed someone off so stop it!”

They almost always immediately change their gaming behavior and if they
don’t then they are gone for our network.
