I think it is important to draw a distinction between the Promaster series
and the Promaster City. I had a city and got rid of it at 65000 miles.
Mainly because it was too small with to low clearance but it did break down
more often than anything I had before.

I have two Promaster series full size and other than one recall we haven't
done anything other than change oil.

I know you are talking about the smaller ones, just clarifying. We are 200
miles from a Mercedes dealer so I have never had experience with them.
