Has anyone used the Honeywell Redlink Units? I'm working with one, and
I can't get it to maintain an Ethernet link. Tried multiple patch
cables, and different switches. It randomly bounces the Ethernet port
for about 8 seconds every couple hours. When it comes back up, it
sometimes gets a DHCP lease, and sometimes doesn't (Mikrotik log:
Offering DHCP lease without success) There is 0 local configuration of
the device from what I've found, you plug it in and it talks to the
cloud. No HTTP access, no way to set a static IP Address, nothing.
Maybe it's rebooting itself, but there is no way to tell.
