(e) The Presidential Memoranda of June 28, 2010 (Unleashing the Wireless
Broadband Revolution) and June 14, 2013 (Expanding America’s Leadership in
Wireless Innovation) are hereby revoked.

Not meaning to be political, but does this announcement have any practical
impact? It seems like erasing Obama’s name on the plan to release 500 MHz of
federal spectrum and putting Trump’s name on an almost identical program.

And given the 24, 28 and 3.5 GHz auctions and activity around 6 GHz, and the
major carriers saying they are almost ready to roll out 5G, isn’t this a bit
late to have any effect? I’m not understanding what there is of substance in
this Executive Order, all it seems to do is order a bunch of reports.
