LOL, for some reason I don't believe my part of Rockford will ever see it. Maybe I'm wrong, but meh. There isn't much more money to be squeezed out of 'middle class' neighborhoods like mine ;). They will find it's a complete pain in the ass in Chicago/suburbs to manage, and then they will promptly give up on Illinois.
