I wish I had the luxury of time. They have a network of base stations out here, not sure if there is a cost for obtaining real time correction data for post processing or not. I even have some decent RTK GNSS sub systems laying around here. Maybe I will spin one.

It worked well once I was able to very accurately determine the base station location using another GNSS system. I was able to obtain cm accuracy in real time and sub cm with post processing. I used NEO-M8T GPS boards from https://www.csgshop.com/product.php?id_product=228. I used rtklib software and instructions/software from https://rtklibexplorer.wordpress.com/ and https://github.com/Francklin2/RTKLIB_Touchscreen_GUI I think my biggest take away from that project was make sure your base station location is as accurate as possible. If it's not, you will never get a good fix. In the end, someone moved my base station antenna and robbed the pi's for something else before I put it into production. Last time I bought one of these it was over $10K and had to use post correction. Surly there is a better deal in the past 10 years. Map grade accuracy is good enough for me. Sub 1 meter. Like to have the stick with the antenna on top. Like to post correct. Just not sure what is the latest out there. -- AF mailing list AF@af.afmug.com http://af.afmug.com/mailman/listinfo/af_af.afmug.com -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- AF mailing list AF@af.afmug.com http://af.afmug.com/mailman/listinfo/af_af.afmug.com
