Does someone know where to find GIS polygons of LEC territories? How about a very precise map?
I'm running through the edges of Verizon and Frontier territory, and it's not always obvious who I should be applying to. The telco's I'm sure have information, but I think they are only as helpful as the PSC requires them to be.
