I would test each of the 8 wires of a CAT5 cable for continuity to “ground”. Like the ethernet shields or either side of the power supply. If no continuity, I would then power it up and check for voltage between the 8 wires and either side of the input power supply.
If no continuity and no voltage, they you can assume you are DC isolated.
