Nate, in my case, I can fit the DC and fiber breakout inside the radio enclosure, so no need for a splice case:

Making the guy hang off the tower with the splicer? Something more exotic that I don't know about? The way our cable are routed up most sites, I don't have the space to physically pull up a splice case attached to the cable.
