There is a bit of confusion on our side on the value of older data in a time period.
For example, a given CAMPAIGN_ID may have 10 impressions at 3:00 AM, but at 4:00 am, that same CAMPAIGN_ID has zero impressions. If we assume the later data is definitive, the 3:00 data is ignored, and the CAMPAIGN is not included in the daily reports since Zero impressions is filtered out. So the question is, are we processing the data correctly?
