Hello team, We have a few customers who are interested in the exact value of their *Search impr. share, Search lost IS (budget)* and *Search lost IS (rank)*., but since the bottom 10% only gets reported as 9.99% for impr. share, and the top 10% only gets reported as 90.01% for the Search lost metrics, we can't satisfy their needs.
So we figured we'd ask for the reason behind this decision. They are also interested in the "*estimated number of impressions you were eligible to receive*" that is mentioned in the description of "Search impr. share". So two questions: 1) Why does the bottom (or top for Search lost IS budget/rank) 10% not get reported accurately for Search impr. share? 2) What is the reason behind why the "Estimated eligible impressions" is not available in the UI or API?
