We are an ecommerce platform that allows people to create their own ecommerce websites (think Shopify), amongst other things. For a number of years now we've allowed our merchants to list their products with Google Shopping and create a Google AdWords campaign to track conversions.
It works by creating merchant and ads sub-accounts of our master accounts, so that we can list products and create an ad campaign on their behalf. We provide them with a dashboard so that they can see various stats. We don't allow them to use their own accounts for Merchant Centre or Ads. Recently we've rewritten the integration to use Google Ads, rather than AdWords, and we are now required to re-verifiy. Our problem is that the verification process requires us to show how our users are authenticating with OAuth2, but that isn't part of the workflow. We create sub-accounts to use to upload products and track conversions, so users don't need to authenticate. We've tried to explain this to the verification team but we keep getting the same email sent back to us, asking for a video of the OAuth2 process.
