We are running re-engagement campaigns in Google UAC. API does not return
any data for these campaigns after update from v7 to v11. Used query:
SELECT campaign.app_campaign_setting.app_store,
campaign.name,
campaign.id,
segments.date,
metrics.clicks,
metrics.impressions,
metrics.cost_micros
FROM campaign
WHERE segments.date BETWEEN '{start_date}' AND '{end_date}'
