Could you confirm if you are setting customer ID in the request header in this format XXX-XXX-XXXX (e.g. 123-456-7890)? If yes, please try removing the hyphens (-) in the customer ID and try the API request again. If the error persists, please provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end so that we can further investigate the issue. You can provide it via Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsapi-supp...@google.com.
