I am afraid that I haven't received any updates yet from the the FR that we raised about the outstanding balance. However, it appears that it is different from the Available funds which is the one raised on this post. With this, so that I can proceed on creating a feature request for the Available funds and include the "Current balance" field in the case of automatic payments accounts, then please provide the screenshot of the UI as well where we can see the "Current balance". I will present this information to the feature request that I am going to create.
