It's possible to select a location in Keyword Planner, as I showed in the screenshot I attached above. Could you please make this possible in KeywordPlanIdeaService.GenerateKeywordHistoricalMetrics <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v10/KeywordPlanIdeaService#generatekeywordhistoricalmetrics> as well?
