Thank you for the clarification. For Google Ads API, you will need to use the client libraries in this link. As you can see here, the Python client library's google-ads.yaml file doesn't have the ad_manager section. For AdWords API, you indeed do not have to make any changes in the ad_manager section, but as discussed, AdWords API has already been sunset and requests to this API will fail.
